1. Nature of the Service

3. Credits Usage Rules
Credits are used to access interpretation services. Each generated interpretation uses 1 credit. After a successful purchase, credits are added to the currently logged-in account balance. Failed or cancelled payments do not add credits.
4. Refund Rules
Unless required by law, refund eligibility is determined per credit package or purchase order. A refund may be requested only if the entire credit package remains unused. If even 1 credit from that package has been used, that package is non-refundable. Refund requests may still be affected by Stripe fees, payment status, and risk controls.
5. Interpretation Content Limitations
Interpretations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to a user’s specific situation. Users should use their own judgment and should not treat interpretations as professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions. Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not submit illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious content, attempt to bypass paid access controls, interfere with website operations, or abuse APIs.
7. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. The website does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, completely accurate, or always available. To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or self-directed decision-making losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Third-Party Services
This website may use third-party services for authentication, database storage, payment processing, hosting, and content generation. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the website does not directly store card numbers.
